Board out scaffold for safety.
WEEK 4
Internal Electrics.
Plumbing.
Insulation.
WEEK 7
Plastering.
Interior Carpentry
WEEK 2
Delivery and installation of structural still beam.
WEEK 5
Breaking through to existing property & installation of new staircase.
Installation of window and floor roof lights.
WEEK 8
Final installation of electrics and heating.
Installation of bathroom suite.
WEEK 3
Installation of floor construction of roof and rear dormer.
WEEK 6
Fitting of exterior roof tiles.
WEEK 9
Completion and final inspection from building control.
