Mowatts Conversions are a family business which provides bespoke loft conversions and extensions. We provide full service from full working architectural drawings to your local council's building control to completion certificates.

I cannot speak highly enough of Scott and his team. From our first conversation to completion Scott has demonstrated a passion, professionalism and perfectionist mentality to our conversion and extension.
The work was carried out to a high standard and Scott did a great job of talking me through in layman's terms.
His team embody his qualities and were polite, diligent and hard-working. They were also superb with my kids!
Probably the most telling fact about having Scott working on our house was that when the job was completed we were really sad to see them go!

Scott and his team did a Loft conversion for us back in April 2018. He was recommended to us from a friend. We were prepared to wait nine months for Scott to undertake the work down to his very high exacting standards in quality of work. The way that he and his team conducted themselves from day one until the very last day of the build was second to none. We cannot rate or praise him highly enough. The loft was completed in the given time and at the original price quoted, no hidden costs arising at any point. Our house was left clean and tidy and respected throughout the build. A more honest, genuine and skilful builder and team would be hard to find.
If we were ever to need any property worked on again we would only be asking for one quote and person, and wait patiently for Scott to work for us again.
